How the score works
Give one point for each question you can answer from the information in front of you. Six or seven points may deserve the shortlist. Four or five needs more checking. Three or fewer is usually too weak to keep.
The seven-point checklist
- The item belongs in the category I am browsing
- Photos show the details that matter for this product type
- Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed
- Price makes sense beside similar finds
- Shipping weight does not ruin the value
- The row is not just hype or a vague label
- I can explain why I would save this find
Score your row
A score is a filter, not a guarantee. A high-scoring row can still lead to a third-party page with changed information. Re-check the live destination before making a decision.
QC photos by category
Global Weidian Store QC photos should answer category-specific questions. A large image count is not enough if every image avoids the detail you need.
Shoes and sneakers
Look for side profile, toe, heel, sole, stitching, insole, and size-label context.
Hoodies, shirts, and jackets
Look for measurements, fabric texture, collar or hood, cuffs, seams, print or fastening details, and lining.
Bags and accessories
Look for dimensions, interior, hardware, straps, closures, edges, and structure from more than one angle.
Pants and bottoms
Look for waist method, rise, inseam, thigh, hem, pockets, fabric stretch, and construction.
A QC finder or QC photo finder may help locate images. It cannot establish product quality by itself. Treat quality check photos as evidence to interpret, not a verdict.
Good row example
A jacket row with a reason
The category is specific. Photos show front, back, lining, zipper, cuffs, and fabric close-ups. Chest and length measurements are visible. The price is compared with two similar jackets. The note flags likely packed bulk. The save reason reads: “clearest measurements and lining photos.”
Weak row example
A hoodie row built on hype
The title says only “popular.” One image shows the front from a distance. There is no chest width, length, fabric information, detail photo, weight note, or clear source clue. The save reason is “everyone has it.” That row has not answered a useful question.
One-sentence save rule
Keep the row only if you can finish this sentence:
“I am saving this find because it gives me ______ that the comparable rows do not.”
What to do next
If the row scores well, inspect the external source and check whether the details are still current. If weight is the unresolved issue, continue to the shipping weight guide. If the photos or claims still feel vague, review the buyer safety notes or remove the row.
